BVE Train Sim |
|
|
|

BVE Trainsim |
Mackoy's Official BVE Website, the only place you can obtain the highly realistic
BVE cab-view simulator. You can download BVE and a variety of useful utilities here,
such as Track Viewer and Structure Viewer. The site is in Japanese, however there

Note: Currently, all add-ons available from this site require BVE
(v2 or v4). |

openBVE Project |
|
|
|

openBVE Project
(Under Development--Early Beta) |
The likely future of BVE route and train development can be found here, at the openBVE
homepage. Currently in development, this new, open source railway simulation project
promises to build on the legacy BVE v2 and v4 have created, and when finished, will
enable greater functionality than is possible in the current BVE simulation, or
it's add-ons. Watford Junction to Rugby is now being developed for the openBVE platform,
thanks to it's greater capabilities where 3D object density is concerned, and also
because of the future potential offered by openBVE's planned native route format.
Important: This software is in the Beta (pre-release) stage--the
beta is aimed at developers and advanced users
only, and is not yet finished. |
